1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Astral Imperium webstore ("the Webstore"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the Webstore.
2. Virtual Goods
2.1 Astral Imperium offers virtual goods for sale, including but not limited to in-game items, currency, and other digital content related to online games.
2.2. Astral Imperium reserves the right to perform periodic server wipes for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.
2.3. In the event of a server wipe, where the server is reset to a clean state, all virtual goods, including in-game items, currency, and other digital content, may be entirely removed or reset.
2.4. Purchased virtual goods, as well as other player data such as characters or structures, may also be subject to removal after an extended period of inactivity as part of routine server maintenance.
2.5. Astral Imperium will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned server wipes whenever possible. However, unforeseen circumstances may necessitate immediate wipes without prior notice.
3. Purchase and Payment
3.1. All purchases made on the Webstore are final. Once a transaction is completed, no refunds will be issued, except as outlined in Section 5.
3.2. Payment for virtual goods is processed securely through authorized third-party payment processors. Astral Imperium does not store any payment information.
4. Subscription Management
4.1. You acknowledge and agree that the contents of recurring payments, including subscriptions, may be subject to change at any time. It is your responsibility to review and confirm whether the subscription continues to offer the same benefits before the renewal date.
4.2. If the subscription no longer meets your needs, it is your responsibility to cancel it before the renewal date to avoid any charges.
4.3. To cancel your subscription, follow the link provided at the bottom of the emails you received from Tebex for the initial purchase or renewals.
5. Refund Policy
5.1. Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:
5.1.1. Technical Issues: If a virtual good is not delivered or accessible due to technical issues, contact us via Discord within 14 days of the purchase date for resolution.
5.1.2. Accidental Purchase or Forgotten Subscription: In case of accidental purchases or forgotten subscription cancellations, contact us via Discord within 14 days for a refund.
5.1.3. Unauthorized Transactions: If you believe your account was charged without your authorization, contact us via Discord within 14 days of the charge being made.
5.2. Refund requests will not be entertained for reasons other than those mentioned above.
6. Chargebacks
6.1. Chargebacks: Any attempt to initiate a chargeback will result in immediate account suspension from our servers and the removal of purchased perks.
6.2. Accidental Chargebacks: Players who initiated a chargeback by mistake may contact us via Discord within 7 days to discuss a potential resolution.

8. Limitation of Liability
Astral Imperium shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Webstore or the purchase of virtual goods.

Astral Imperium reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users are encouraged to review the Terms periodically for changes.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom.
